Start Event

You will need to obtain the event ID you want to start.

For internal or external events, use the following query:

SELECT ID FROM _RefEvent WHERE [Name] = 'event_name'

For linked schedules, use the following query:

SELECT ID FROM _RefEventLinkedSchedule WHERE [Name] = 'schedule_name'

Stored Procedure: _Command_StartEvent

Parameters:

• @EventID INT - Event ID
• @Data1 INT - Mode selector
  • 1 = Internal / External events
  • 21 = Linked schedule
• @Data2 INT - Additional data (usually 0)

Let us first test whether the command works by starting the Last Man Standing event.

For linked schedules, use the following example to start a linked schedule such as Medusa:
